After 6 years , now time has come for me to visit batterylab again!!<\/p>\n
It was 2018, when I was looking for a Hybrid Battery for my Prius. I would have spent nearly 6 month looking for a reliable place. Visited more than 10 places to look at their reconditioning process before investing such a big amount for battery as I was planning on using the vehicle for longer.<\/p>\n
When I came across Batterylab, that was the time the company was also new to the field. With the past experience with other places, I had little reluctance, but that was changed when I visited them. From their office space, reconditioning room to all atmosphere changed my perception and even before speaking to the CEO I decided to replace it with them.<\/p>\n
Being a small startup, they owned a genuine reconditioning machine from Nuvant (US) and I already knew how that system works. Still owner was explaining me the reconditioning process behibd it. The way how they treat their employees and customers is amazing.<\/p>\n
Mr Prasad and Ms Sarah spent considerable amount of time with the customers than siting in their comfy rooms. That gives more confidence to customers. It’s not about swapping a battery or just putting the battery to reconditioning machine and transfer to car. There are very strict quality check, sorting and re balancing involved at this place. Now they are ISO certified as well. Unlike other places they do recycle old cells in an appropriate way to protect environment as well.<\/p>\n
Most importantly, when all other places forcing clients for battery service every 3m,6m to issue warranty. This is the only place trust their own products and give warranty without any such conditions. They also provide Battery ECU, fuse, Fan along with the battery where other places just replace only cell pack.<\/p>\n
I decided to go for Premium grade which had 2 years warranty. That lasted 6+ years!! Never thought it will work that long. My ROI was less than 3 years. Until 6th years I was getting fuel efficiency of 20 to 30kmL on their reconditioning battery!!.<\/p>\n
Now after a 6 years of confidence, today went there to replace the battery with a brand new ( still their reconditioned are good, but personally I wanted to go for a brand new for a comparison) and their service was amazing.. Appointment was given at 11am, when I went there 10.45am, staff were there with a warm welcome and immediately started the replacement. They explain each and every step and ensure everything is cleared. And customers leaving with full satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Within 1 hour installation was completed, and surprise to see replacement for nexx appointment is started immediately after. Was wondering how the timing is managed so we’ll!!.<\/p>\n
Their price might be little higher than other places. But it’s really worth the price. If you compare the battery services you have to perform during warranty Vs worry free driving.<\/p>\n
